Where did we go? The Washlands and the Waterside cafe and white water centre on the A428 Bedford Road.

There are two places to park, one on each side of the road. One beside the hotel and the other near the cafe and white water centre. We can sketch on the Washlands, accessible from the car park near the hotel and the we can sketch the river and activities on the other side of the road.

What was it like? It was a lovely day, sunny and warm! There’s lots of sketch here beside the river – wildlife, water activities, the river, nature.
